	CHAPTER 157.
	AN ACT to amend the act of January session, eigh-
	teen hundred and sixty-five, chapter two hundred
	and seven, entitled " An act to incorporate the
	Grant Coal and Coal Oil and Lumber Company
	of Allegany county," by adding thereto certain
	additional sections, changing its name and the
	par value of the shares of capital stock of said
	Company.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the name of the Grant Coal
	and Coal Oil and Lumber Company, incorporated
	by the act of January session, eighteen hundred and
	sixty-five, chapter two hundred and seven, be and
	the same is hereby changed to the name of the
	" Grant Coal Company," and that the said " Grant
	Coal and Coal Oil and Lumber Company " shall
	hereafter be known and designated by the name of	Name of
	the " Grant Coal Company, and shall under the	company
	name last aforesaid have and succeed to all the	changed.
	rights, privileges, powers and property of the said "The Grant Coal and Coal Oil and Lumber Com-
	pany," and shall be subject to all the debts, engage-
	ments, contracts and liabilities of. the said last named
	company, it being the intent of this act to effect no
	other change in the said " Grant Coal and Coal Oil
	and Lumber Company" except a change in the name
	thereof, and except in such other particulars as are
	in this act set forth.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the capital stock
	of the said " Grant Coal Company " shall be one
	million dollars, divided into one hundred thou-
	sand shares of the par value of ten dollars each, and
	that the stockholders of the said " Grant Coal and
	Coal Oil and Lumber Company " shall be entitled	Capital stock
	to five shares of the capital stock of the said " Grant
	Coal Company," at ten dollars per share, for every
	share of the capital stock held by them in the " Grant Coal and Coal Oil and Lumber Company," at fifty
	dollars per share.
