	CHAPTER 153.
	AN ACT further to amend an act, entitled " An act
	to incorporate the Woodberry Manufacturing Com-
	pany of Baltimore county."
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the second section of the act
	passed at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty- eight, chapter four hundred and sixty-three, entitled "An act to incorporate the Woodberry Manufacturing	Repealed and re-enacted.
	Company of Baltimore county," be and the same is
	hereby repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as fol-
	lows:
	SECTION 2. The capital stock of the said corpora-	Capital stock

	lars, and shall be divided into shares of one hundred
	dollars each, to be distributed amongst the said cor-
	porators and their associates in proportion to their
	respective interests; and such shares shall be deemed
	and taken to be personal estate and shall be trans-
	ferable only on the books of the corporation, and in
	such manner as may be prescribed by the by-laws
