	the first day of May, in the year eighteen hundred
	and eighty-one, he, she, or they shall, on conviction
	thereof in the circuit court for said county, be fined
	for the first offence not less than fifty collars nor
	more than two hundred dollars, and for each subse-
	quent offence not less than two hundred dollars nor
	more than five hundred dollars, and on failure to pay
	the same shall be committed to the jail of said coun-
	ty until such fine and the costs are paid ; and one-
	half of said fine shall be paid to the informer, and	Disposal of

	SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That nothing herein
