joyed by the other districts in said county, and the

benefits of all laws applicable to Princess Anne Dis-

trict, number one.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be the
|
|
|
|
duty of the registration officer of said Princess Anne
|
|
|
|
District, number one, at his first sitting for the pur-
|
|
|
|
pose of registering voters, under the laws of this
|
|
|
|
State, to enter and register in the registration book
|
|
|

of said Princess Anne District, the names of all

|
enter names.

legally qualified voters residing in that part of

|
|
Dames' Quarter District annexed to said Princess

|
|
|
Anne District by this act, which are now registered

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall be the

duty of the officer of registration in Dames' Quarter
|
|
|

District, number two, to erase from the book of
|
|
|

registration in said district, the names of all voters
|

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all local laws now

in force in said districts are continued in force, and

any of the local laws in either of the said districts.

CHAPTER 147.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the question of whether or
