give sufficient bail or recognizance, with sureties, to

SUB-SECTION I. And any vendor of intoxicating
|
|
|
|

liquor sold in any of the districts hereinbefore men-
|
|
|

tioned, in Somerset county, when the majority, as
aforesaid, shall vote in favor of said license, shall be
|
|

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the provisions of
