AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and fifty-


eight of the acts passed at January session, eigh-


teen hundred and seventy-six, of the General As-


sembly of Maryland, entitled, an act to add addi-


tional sub-sections to article nineteen of the Public


Local Laws of Somerset county, title " License,"


and sub-title " Retailers," so far only as the same


applies to Princess Anne district, number one,


therein mentioned, and to re-enact the following


in lieu thereof, to apply to said Princess Anne


district, number one, only :


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and fifty-


eight of the acts passed at January session, eighteen


hundred and seventy-six, of the General Assembly
