	CHAPTEE 138.
	AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and fifty-
	eight of the acts passed at January session, eigh-
	teen hundred and seventy-six, of the General As-
	sembly of Maryland, entitled, an act to add addi-
	tional sub-sections to article nineteen of the Public
	Local Laws of Somerset county, title " License,"
	and sub-title " Retailers," so far only as the same
	applies to Princess Anne district, number one,
	therein mentioned, and to re-enact the following
	in lieu thereof, to apply to said Princess Anne
	district, number one, only :
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and fifty-
	eight of the acts passed at January session, eighteen
	hundred and seventy-six, of the General Assembly
	of Maryland, entitled an act to add additional sub-	Eepealed and
	sections to article nineteen of the Public Local Laws	re enacted
	of Somerset county, title "License," sub-title "Retail-
	ers," so far only as the same applies to Princess Anne
	district, number one, therein mentioned, be and the
	same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to only
	apply to Princess Anne district, number one, afore-
	said, so as to read as follows :
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the questions,
	whether or not, any person or persons, or any house
	as hereinafter described, may be licensed in Princess	License ques-
	Anne district, in Somerset county, of this State, by	tions

	may be sold, or whether or not, no license to sell the
	same in Princess Anne district, in Somerset county,
