CHAPTER 136.


AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and sixty-


three of the acts of eighteen hundred and seven ty,


entitled an act to incorporate the town of Upper


Marl borough, in Prince George's county, and to


re-enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and


sixty-three of the acts of eighteen hundred and seven-

as follows :


SEC. 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the citizens of the town of Upper


Marlborough, in Prince George's county, be and they
are hereby created a body corporate by the name of
the Commissioners of Upper Marlborough, and that

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the corporate


limits of the town of Upper Marlborough shall be as
follows : Commencing at the mouth of the Federal
