CHAPTER 133.


AN ACT for the better regulation of public halls,


churches, schools and places of amusement in the


cities of Baltimore, Cumberland, Frederick, An-


napolis, Hagerstown and Frostburg, in this State.

Not lawful.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for the


owners or lessees of any public hall, church, school


or place of amusement in the cities of Baltimore,


Cumberland, Frederick, Annapolis, Hagerstown or
