	of eighteen hundred tand seventy-two, chapter four
	hundred and fourteen.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall	Effective
	take effect from the date of its passage.

	CHAPTER 132.
	AN ACT to give and declare the sanction and con-
	sent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
	bequest of one hundred dollars, contained in the
	last will and testament of Catharine E. Knode,
	late of Allegany county, Maryland, deceased, to
	the English Lutheran Church at Frostburg, in
	Allegany county, State of Maryland.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the sanction and consent
	of the General Assembly of Maryland be and the
	same is hereby given and declared to the bequest of
	one hundred dollars, contained in the last will and	Sanction and
	testament of Catharine E. Knode, late of Allegany	consentgiven
	county, deceased, to the English Lutheran church	to bequest
	at Frostburg, in Allegany county, State of Mary-
	land, and which said will is duly of probate and
	record in the Orphans' Court of said Allegany
	county.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
