CHAPTER 123.


AN ACT to amend the act amending the charter


of the Maryland Central Railroad Company, passed


January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,


chapter one hundred and twenty-eight, so as to


extend the time for the commencement and com-


pletion of the same.


SECTION 17. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That section seventeen of the act


entitled an act to amend the charter of the Mary-


land Central Railroad Company, passed January


session, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter one
