SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That if the County

Commissioners of Cecil county fail to effect such

contract for printing and publishing as aforesaid, at
|
|
|
|
a sum not exceeding tive hundred dollars as afore-
|
|
|

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That nothing in this

act shall be construed to relate to the cost of print-

SEC. 4. And be it enacted. That all acts or parts

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.
