	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That section twenty of
	article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-	Repealed and
	titled "Frederick county," sub-title "Alms House,"	re-enacted.

	the funds that shall come into his hands, unless

	CHAPTER 110.
	AN ACT to regulate and limit the sum to be paid
	for the county printing and publishing for Cecil
	county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners	Contract for
	of Cecil county shall, before making their annual	printing and
	levy in each and every year, contract for the print-	publishing.
