	Church of the city of Baltimore, all that parcel of
	land in Baltimore county, State of Maryland, par-
	ticularly described in said deed, and containing six
	acres of land: therefore,
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
	Assembly of Maryland is hereby given to the deed of conveyance from Edward Kimberly and Catha-	Sanction giv- en.
	rine Y. Kimberly, his wife, and William H. Kim-
	berly and Ann Kimberly, his wife, to the First Ger-
	man United Evangelical Church of the city of Bal-
	timore, to hold the land therein described, for the
	use and benefit of the said church, its successors
	and assigns forever.

	CHAPTER 104.
	AN ACT to amend article four of the Code of Pub-
	lic Local Laws of this State, title " City of Balti-
	more," by adding thereto two additional sections
	under the sub-title of Pawnbrokers.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That article four of the Public
	Local Laws of this State, title " City of Baltimore,"	Additional

	"Pawnbrokers," which said additional sections shall
	read as follows :
	SECTION — All pawnbrokers in the city of Bal-
	timore shall keep, or cause to be kept, in a suitable
	book or books to be provided by him, her or them
