	CHAPTER 90.
	AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money as addi-
	tional compensation to Henry Page for services
	in the case of the State of Maryland vs. Lillian
	Duer.
	WHEREAS Henry Page was appointed by the Cir-
	cuit Court for Worcester county assistant counsel
	for the State in the case of the State against Lillian
	Duer, and as such rendered services in the trial of	Preamble.
	said cause which have not been compensated, and
	whereas there accrued to the said State the sum of
	five hundred dollars imposed as a fine and collected
	from said defendant.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the
	warrant of the Comptroller, is hereby directed to	Pay addi-
	pay to Henry Page aforesaid, the sum of two hun-	tional com
	dred and fifty dollars, as additional compensation in	pensation.
	the case of the State vs. Lillian Duer, to be paid
	out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise
	appropriated.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.
