	CHAPTER 74.
	AN ACT to repeal section forty-two of article three
	of Public Local Laws, title " Baltimore County,"
	sub-title " Circuit Court," as amended and re-
	enacted by chapter eighty-five, passed at the Jan-
	uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy eight,
	and to re-enact the same with amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That section forty-two of article
	three of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
	" Baltimore County," sub-title " Circuit Court," as	Repealed and
	amended and re-enacted by chapter eighty-five, passed	re-enacted.
	at the January session, eighteen hundred and sev-
	enty-eight, be and the same is hereby repealed and
	re-enacted so as to read as follows :
	SEC. 42. There shall be annually four terms of the
	Circuit Court for Baltimore county held at Tow-
	sontown, in said county, commencing respectively on the first Monday in March, the third Monday in	Four terms of Circuit Court
	May, the second Monday in September, and the first
	Monday in December.
