CHAPTER 72.

AN ACT to repeal sections two hundred and twenty-

nine, two hundred and thirty, and two hundred

and thirty-one of article four of the Code of Public

Local Laws, relating to " Fines and Forfeitures,"

for the violation of ordinances of the Mayor and

City Council of Baltimore.

CHAPTER 73.

AN ACT to prevent the capture of rabbits by loop-

ing or snaring in districts numbers eight and

eleven of Washington county.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That hereafter it shall not be

lawful for any person to capture or take any rabbit

in districts numbers eight and eleven of Washington

county, by the contrivances commonly called snaring

or looping, and any person offending against the
