string beans, wax beans, sweet potatoes, white potatoes or any
other fruits or vegetables grown or packed in this State shall
be of the capacity of 6, 253| cubic inches when even full.

30. The standard basket for the shipment or sale by the
basket of peaches, apples, pears, tomatoes, sweet potatoes,
white potatoes, egg plant, squash, cucumbers or any fruits or
vegetables grown or packed in this State shall be of the
capacity of 1, 106 cubic inches when even full.

31. The standard box for the shipment or sale by the box
of peaches, apples, pears, tomatoes or any other fruits or vege-
tables grown or packed in this State shall be of the capacity
of 2, 212 cubic inches when even full. A half box for the
same use shall be of the capacity of 1, 106 cubic inches when
even full.

32. The standard of measures for shipping and selling
strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants, gooseberries
and other small fruits grown or packed in this State shall be
the quart, which shall contain when even full sixty-seven cubic
inches; the pint, which shall contain when even full thirty-
three and one-half cubic inches; the half pint, which shall
contain when even full sixteen and three-quarters cubic inches.

33. Any person or persons, firm or corporation in this State
who manufactures, sells, offers for sale, or has in his or its pos-
session barrels, baskets or boxes of the capacities defined in
sections 29 to 31 hereof, inclusive, for the purpose of shipping or
selling therein the various products mentioned in said sections,
respectively, may plainly mark on the exterior of said barrels,
baskets or boxes, in letters not less than one inch high, the
word "standard; " but it shall be unlawful to mark or other-
wise indicate the word "standard" on any barrel, basket,
box, half-box or package unless the same shall contain the
capacities set forth in said sections respectively.
