107. Cancellation of stock of life or
accident insurance, safe de-
posit, trust or fidelity com-
panies.
108. Corporations heretofore char-
tered but not organized con-
clusively presumed to have
surrendered their charters
unless franchise tax of one-
eighth per cent, be paid by
1st December, 1900. Excep-
tions.
109. Corporations hereafter char-
tered to be organized within
two years from incorporation.
Otherwise franchise tax to be
annually paid until organized.
Corporate rights suspended in
the meantime. Exceptions.
110. Corporations mentioned in 108
after renewal of their char-
