impounding at the rate of fifty cents per head, for every twenty-
four hours such swine may have been impounded; and any swine
so impounded shall be advertised by notice in writing, set up at
two of the most public places in said districts.

341. If any swine shall remain so impounded for five days
after notice given as aforesaid, the party so impounding may sell
the same at public sale, after five days' notice, given as provided
in the preceding section, for the payment of costs and expenses,
including the said fifty cents per day.

342. All disputes arising between the owner of such swine
and the person impounding the same, shall be determined by a
justice of the peace for said county, who may summon witnesses
and decide the matter in controversy.
WARWICK.
1867, ch. 218.
343. The citizens of Warwick in Cecil county, are a body
politic, by the name of "The President and Commissioners of the
Town of "Warwick," and as such, may sue and be sued, and do all
other acts as natural persons; may purchase and hold real, per-
sonal and mixed property, and dispose of the same for the benefit
of the town, and may have and use a common seal, which may
he altered at pleasure.

344. All male inhabitants of said town, above twenty-one
years of age, who shall have bona fide resided therein for the
space of six months, and twelve months in this State, next preced-
ing the election, shall elect by ballot, on the first Monday in May
in each year, three judicious and discreet persons, who shall have
resided within the limits of said town for at least twelve months
preceding the election, as commissioners for the town.
