CECIL COUNTY.

Agricultural Society of Cecil
County.

1. Rules aud regulations of said so-
ciety, special constabulary,
their powers.
2. Violations of provisions of section
1; penalty.
3 Disposition to be made of fines
collected.
4. Special constables; where to have
authority, their duties, their
fees.
5. Dismissal of special constable; for-
feiture of part of wages.
6. Persons granted privileges on the
fair grounds not required to
take out State or county license,
provided the society shall pay
$25 annually to school commis-
sioners.

Almshouse.

7. Trustees of poor and insane, of
whom to consist.
8. To serve from April 4, 1888, till
appointment of their successors
named, vacancies, how filled;
who eligible.
9. Meeting to qualify; oath; who
may administer.
10. Vacancies occurring after first
