in district number two, at Greensborough; in district number
three, at Denton; in district number four, at Harmony; in district
number five, at Federalsburg, and in district number six, at
Hillsborough. Each and every one of said election districts shall
be entitled to all the rights, liberties and privileges held or
possessed by the other.

112. The fourth election district of Caroline county is divided
into two election precincts, to be known as election precincts
numbers one and two of the fourth election district of Caroline
county, -with the metes and bounds now established by law.

113. It shall be the duty of the county commissioners to ap-
point three persons in each of said precincts, residents thereof, to
act as judges of election for said precincts, who shall perform the
duties of their office in the manner required by the election laws
of the State of Maryland; and such judges shall make their re-
turns in the same manner as if the said precincts were districts,
and in accordance with the laws applicable to judges of elections
for districts, and they shall receive the same compensation as other
judges of elections in said county.

114. The judges and clerks of election f or said county shall
be entitled to three dollars a day each for holding elections and
making returns thereof.
