requirements of said order within the five days aforesaid, the said
justice of the peace shall, on the expiration of said five days,
issue his warrant, directed to any constable in his bailiwick, and
ordering him to cause said lessor to have again and repossess said
premises by putting him (or his duly qualified agent or attorney
for his benefit) in possession thereof, and for that purpose to remove
from said premises by force, if force is necessary, all the furni-
ture, implements, tools, goods, effects or other chattels of every
description whatsoever belonging to said tenant, or to any person,
churning or holding by or under said tenant; provided, however,
that before issuing the warrant aforesaid the said justice of the
peace shall require said lessor, or some one in his behalf, to give
a good and sufficient bond in a sum equal to double the amount
of the rent for which said tenant would have become liable had
he remained in possession until the end of the term for which
said premises had been demised or rented as aforesaid, to indem-
nify the said tenant for any damages which may be awarded him
against said lessor, agent or attorney, by any court of competent
jurisdiction, for any wrongful ejectment as to said premises.

639. The fees and charges of the justice of the peace and con-
stable under this sub-title of this article, shall be the following and
no other: " To the justice of the peace for preparing the written
complaint and taking the affidavit of the plaintiff thereto, twenty-
five cents; for issuing the summons to the tenant, twenty-five
cents; for docket fee, twenty-five cents; for trial fee, fifty cents,
and ten cents additional for every witness sworn or examined; for
preparing the bond and the warrant for re-entry (in case it be
issued) twenty-five cents; to the constable for serving the sum-
mons, twenty-five cents; for executing the warrant for re-entry
(in case it be issued), one dollar;" and no other fee or allowance
shall be charged or demanded by said justice of the peace or con-
stable for or on account of the services to be performed under
this sub-title of this article.

or contract heretofore made and now in force, in which the remedy
