said bonds and securities, he shall certify the same to the judges
of said several courts, and such certificates shall be recorded in
such respective courts.

215. Each of said clerks shall every second year renew his
said bond in the same penalty, and with securities to be certified
And approved as hereinbefore directed.

common pleas, and Baltimore city court, are each authorized and

whereof he is clerk; and they are authorized severally to charge
and receive ten cents for each judgment indexed as aforesaid;
said fee to be taxed in the bill of costs of each case in which
judgment is entered—to be collected as other fees are now
collected.
