2130 WORCESTER COUNTY. [ART. 24.

1884, ch. 70

79. All of the provisions of the two preceding sections shall
apply to druggists, apothecaries and pharmacists the same as to
any other person, house, company, association or body corporate;
and if any druggist, apothecary or pharmacist shall violate any
of the provisions of said sections, he shall be punished in the
same manner and to the same extent as any other person, or any
house, company, association or body corporate shall be punished
for a violation of the provisions of said sections, and in the same
manner and to the same extent as if said druggist, apothecary and
pharmacist were not a druggist, apothecary or pharmacist.

80. All prosecutions for the violations of the provisions of
said sections 77 and 78, may be either upon presentment and
indictment, or by trial before any justice of the peace of said
county, who shall have jurisdiction, original and concurrent, with
the circuit court for said county; provided, that any person who
shall feel himself aggrieved by a decision of a justice of the
peace, shall have in every case the right of appeal to the circuit
court for said county.

CIRCUIT COURT.

81. There shall be four terms of the circuit court for Wor-
cester county, to be held at Snow Hill, commencing on the third
Monday of the months of January, May and July, and the fourth
Monday of October.

82. Juries shall be summoned for the May and October terms
only.

83. The judges of said court shall have power to pass all such
rules as shall be necessary to facilitate the transaction of business
in said court; provided, such mies shall provide for the transac-
tion of equity business; and the said court for equity business
shall be considered to be always open.
