a certificate of the number of days such juror served; and the
treasurer of said county shall, upon presentation of said certifi-
cate by the juror or his assigns, pay the amount therein certified
to be due.

136. The clerk of the circuit court shall, upon the close of
every session of said court, make ont a list of jurors, stating
therein the number of days each juror served, and deliver the
same to said treasurer.

137. There shall be the following number of justices of the

peace and constables in Baltimore county, that is to say: for elec-
tion district number one, seven justices of the peace and four con-
stables ; for election district number two, four justices of the peace
and one constable; for election district number three, eight jus-
tices of the peace and four constables; for election district number
four, four justices of the peace and two constables; for election dis-
trict number five, four justices of the peace and two constables; for
election district number six, four justices of the peace and two con-
stables ; for election district number seven, three justices of the
peace and two constables; for election district number eight, four
justices of the peace and two constables; for election district num-
ber nine, ten justices of the peace and six constables—two of said
constables shall be for the third election precinct in said ninth dis-
trict, and one of them shall be appointed from and for the village of
Towson, and shall be also a special officer of said village, and shall
be required to uniform himself, and shall also act as night officer,
going on duty at eleven o'clock, p. M., and remaining until five
o'clock, A. M. ; the pay of such special officer shall be twenty-five
dollars per month, and such fees as he may earn in the discharge
of his duties as constable; for election district number ten, three
justices of the peace and one constable; for election district num-
ber eleven, seven justices of the peace and two constables; for
election district number twelve, nine justices of the peace and
four constables; for election district number thirteen, three jus-
tices of the peace and three constables.
