2064 WICOMICO COUNTY. [ART. 23.

do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one
hundred dollars; and in case of a second conviction for such
misdemeanor, he shall forfeit his license as an additional penalty
therefor, and shall not be capable of receiving a license for the
space of two years thereafter; and no person licensed to sell
liquors shall sell, give away or dispense any intoxicating liquor
on the Sabbath day, commonly called Sunday, or on election day,,
general or special; and any person violating this provision shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall forfeit and pay a
fine of not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars, and
in addition shall forfeit his license and be incapable of receiving;
another for the space of two years thereafter.

66. No secret or clandestine door shall be maintained or per-
mitted in any licensed house; no disorderly, riotous or lewd
conduct shall be permitted in or about any licensed house; and
any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall forfeit and.
pay a fine of not less than fifty nor more than one hundred
dollars, and shall forfeit his license, and be incapable of receiving
another license within the space of two years.

67. It shall be the duty of the State's attorney to prosecute
every offender under the provisions of this sub-title of this article,
and to collect all fines and forfeitures incurred as soon thereafter
as may be; and in addition to his salary and other emoluments
of office, he shall be entitled to a commission of ten per centum
on all collections, when the same are paid over to the school
commissioners of said county, who shall be entitled to receive the
same; and in case of his failure to pay over said fines and
forfeitures as so collected, within three months after the same
shall become due, his bond shall be liable to be put in suit for the
same by said school commissioners.
