along the northeast side of the first mentioned road, south thirty-
three degrees, east four hundred feet; thence north fourteen and
one-quarter degrees, east sixty-five hundred feet, crossing the said
Cavetown turnpike, and ending on the north marginal line of the
Western Maryland railroad; thence along the north marginal line
of the said railroad, seventeen hundred and sixty feet to the east
margin of the Leitersburg turnpike; thence still along the north
marginal line of the Western Maryland railroad thirteenjiundred
and ninety feet to the east margin of the Middleburg turnpike;
thence still along the north margin of the said railroad nine
hundred and seventy-five feet; thence north fifty-eight degrees,
west twelve hundred and fifty-four feet; thence south thirty-two
and one-half degrees, west eight hundred and ninety-seven feet;
thence south forty-eight and one-half degrees, west five hundred
and ninety-four feet, to the south side of the turnpike road lead-
ing from Hagerstown to Cearfoss cross-roads; thence along the
south side of said turnpike road, north forty-seven and one-half
degrees, west five hundred and sixty-one feet to the northwest
corner of the old fair ground; thence along the west line thereof,
fouth thirty-nine and three-quarters degrees, west ten hundred
and seventy-five feet, to the southwest corner of the old fair
ground; thence south thirty-nine and three-quarters degrees, west
three hundred and forty feet; thence north seventy-six and one-
half degrees, west four hundred and ten feet, to intersect a line
drawn north sixteen and one-quarter degrees, east from the north-
east corner of Mrs. Christiana Banner's lot; thence south sixteen
and one-quarter degrees, west eight hundred and fifty-one feet to
the middle of the Hagerstown and Clearspring turnpike road;
thence south sixteen and one-quarter degrees, west thirteen hun-
dred and twenty-five feet, to the south marginal line of the
Western Maryland railroad; thence along the south margin of
said railroad, north eighty-six degrees, east fifteen hundred and
seventy-five feet, to the intersection of the said south marginal
line with the west line of a recent extension of the said Western
Maryland railroad; thence with the curve of said extension, fif-
teen hundred and eighty-two feet, to the south side of the culvert
on the Cumberland Valley railroad; thence south thirty-three
and one-half degrees, east fourteen hundred feet, to a marked
poplar tree on the south side of the bridge across the Marsh run,
on the Hagerstown and Williamsport turnpike; thence south
