days for each offence; and the non-payment of each and every
fine shall be considered a separate offence within the meaning of
the preceding section.

25. It shall not be lawful for any person not a bona fide resi-
dent of said county to shoot or trap any partridge, quail, wood-
cock, rail birds, summer ducts, rabbits or any other wild game
mentioned in the two preceding sections, within the limits of
Talbot county, without first having obtained from the clerk of
the circuit court for said county a license, permitting the person
named in such license to shoot wild game in said county for one
year from the day on which said license is issued; and the person
named therein, or the person procuring such license, shall pay to
said clerk for such license the sum of nine dollars and a half, and
fifty cents to the clerk for his fee for issuing such license; and
any non-resident convicted before a justice of the peace of said
county, of gunning within the limits of the county without a
license so to do, shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more
than twenty-five dollars for each and every offence, and shall
stand committed to the county jail until such fine and costs are
paid.

26. Any person, resident or non-resident, found trespassing
with dog or gun on any posted or advertised property in said
county, or who, upon personal notice to leave, shall refuse to
comply, or shall return, shall be liable to be arrested by any
constable of said county upon a warrant sworn out by the owner
or occupant of said land, and shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
meanor, and on conviction thereof before any justice of the peace
of said county, shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more
than twenty dollars for each offence, and shall stand committed
to the county jail until such fine and costs are paid.

27. All the fines which, under the provisions of any of the
preceding sections of this sub-title of this article, may be col-
lected, shall be paid by the justice of the peace to the county
commissioners.
