which commission and return are recorded in Iiber L. "W., num-
ber seven, folios 506, 507 and 508 of the records in the office of
the clerk of the circuit court for Somerset county, and the com-
missioners may enlarge the same from time to time, as they may
think necessary.

210. It shall be the duty of the commissioners of the said
town to prepare a statement showing the several amounts received
by them from all sources, and the several amounts disbursed by
them during the preceding year, together with the amount of
assessable property within the limits of said town, and the annual
rate of tax; which statement, signed by the said commissioners,
they are required to publish annually, on or before the first day
of May, in one of the newspapers printed in the said town.

211. It shall not be necessary to publish the public local laws
relating to Somerset county in all the newspapers of said county.

212. The register of wills of Somerset county, in the recess of
the orphans' court of said county, may pass any account or claim
against the estate of a deceased person for any amount not ex-
ceeding one hundred dollars, and on the return of any inventory
of the personal estate of a deceased person, may pass an order for
a sale of the property contained therein.

213. The county of Somerset is divided into four collection
districts, as follows: The first to be composed of Princess
Anne, Dublin, Fairmount and Mount Yernon election districts;
the second, of St. Peter's, Dames' Quarter and Tangier election
districts; the third, Brinkley's, Lawson and Crisfield election dis-
tricts ; and the fourth, of Smith's Island election district.
