1888, ch. 95.

194. The several justices of the peace for Somerset county
and the circuit court for said county, shall have concurrent juris-
diction in the trial of any person for violating any of the provis-
ions of section 191.

195. It shall be the duty of the sheriff, constable and officers
of the State fishery force, to arrest any person found violating
any of the provisions of section 191, and bring the said person
before a justice of the peace in said county, to be dealt with as.
herein provided.

196. All fines accruing from the enforcement section 191
shall be paid, one-half to the informer in each and every
case, and one-half to the secretary and treasurer of the school
board of Somerset county, for the use of the public schools of
said county.

PRINCESS ANNE.

1867, ch. 183.

197. The inhabitants of the town of Princess Anne in Som-
erset county are made and declared a body corporate, with all
the privileges of a body corporate, by the name of " The Com-
missioners of Princess Anne," and by that name may sue and be
sued, have and use a common seal, and have perpetual succession..

1868, ch. 318.

198. The male citizens of said town who have resided therein
six months preceding any election, and all male citizens residing
in Somerset county, and owning real estate within the limits of
said town, shall elect by ballot on the third Monday in June in
each year, three persons to be commissioners of the town as afore-
said ; male citizens who have resided in the State one year, and
six months within said town limits, to be eligible only as com-
missioners of said town.
