128. Any person who may violate the provisions of the pre-
ceding section, upon conviction thereof before any justice of the
peace for said county, shall be fined for each and every offence
the sum of twenty dollars, and shall stand committed to the
county jail until the fine and costs are paid.

129. Any person feeling aggrieved by any judgment under
this sub-title of this article, shall have the right to appeal to the
circuit court for said county.
FOXES.

130. Any person who shall be convicted of shooting any fox
whilst pursued by dogs, in Somerset county, shall be liable to a
fine of five dollars for each and every offence, to be recovered
before any justice of the peace in and for said county, as other
small debts are now recoverable.
JURORS.

131. The collector of taxes for said county shall pay each
juryman, immediately after the termination of each term, such
enm of money as he may be entitled to receive for his attendance;
. and a certificate, signed by the clerk of the circuit court, stating
the number of days he may have attended, and the sum and
mileage due him, shall be sufficient authority to the collector to
pay the amount specified in said certificate.
