ARTICLE XX.

SOMERSET COUNTY.

Almshouse.

1. Trustees of the poor.
2. Trustees of poor, certificate of ap-
pointment.
3. Trustees of poor; acceptance com-
pulsory, to qualify, when and
how.
4. Trustees of poor; who not com-
pelled to serve; who ineligible.
5. Trustees of poor, vacancies, how
filled.

6. Trustees of poor; a body corpo-
rate; corporate name, may hold
devises and gifts, lands.
7. Trustees of poor; seal.
8. Trustees of poor; meetings; rules
and by-laws.
9. Overseer, physician; other agents
and laborers
10. Overseer, bond.
11. Overseer; pay.
12. Overseer; removable.
13. Overseer; required to keep list of
persons committed to.
