to the arrest, and those assisting in making the arrest and seizure,
and the remaining third to the county commissioners, for the use
of the school fund of Queen Anne's county.

284. If any person shall be either intoxicated or disorderly on
Wye Camp Ground in Queen Anne's county during any encamp,
ment thereon or on the public road in front of said camp ground,
during such encampment, said person shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before any justice of
the peace of said county, shall be fined not less than five nor
more than twenty dollars for each offence, and shall be committed
to the county jail until said fine and costs are paid, or may be
both fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the justice before
whom such person is tried.
