260. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot at or shoot
any ducks or other wild fowl on or over the waters of West or
Rhode rivers and their creeks, except from the natural shores of
said West and Rhode rivers and their creeks, or from blinds
placed in said waters, which said blinds shall not be within five
hundred yards of each other.

261. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot at or shoot
any duck or other wild fowl on or over the said West and Rhode
rivers and creeks, except on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
of each week.

262. Every person who shall be adjudged guilty of a violation
of the two preceding sections, before any justice of the peace in
the said county, shall for the first offence be fined the sum of five
dollars, and every subsequent offence the sum of twenty dollars,
and the boats, guns and other gunning apparatus of the said party
so convicted shall be forfeited and sold under the direction of the
justice of the peace adjudging such forfeiture; one-half of all
fines so imposed and forfeitures so adjudged to go to the in-
former, and the other half to the school fund of said county, and
all costs of such prosecution to be paid by the party convicted.

263. All prosecutions under the sections of this sub-title of
this article shall be docketed in the name of the State of Mary-
land as plaintiff.
