commissioners of said county for school purposes; and any jus-
tice of the peace of said county, shall issue his warrant for the
arrest of offenders, upon information, under oath, of a violation
of any of the four preceding sections; the right of appeal to the
circuit court for Anne Arundel county being hereby given to
any party convicted and fined hereunder, upon giving approved
bond in double the amount of the fine imposed, within ten days
from the rendition of the judgment by the justice of the peace.

252. The six preceding sections shall not apply to the creeks,
ponds and inlets of said county, nor to Magothy river, Rhode
river or West river, from the outer point of the mouth of Rhode
river to their heads, which shall be and remain subject to the
provisions of the code of public general laws relating to the
shooting of wild fowl from sink-boxes.

253. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot wild fowl
from any booby blind or bush blind, on the waters of the Severn
river, in Anne Arundel county, except upon Monday, Wednesday
and Saturday, and on the waters of Magothy river in said county,
except on Tuesday and Friday of each week, and on the waters
of South river except on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of
each week.

254. Before any person shall place any booby blind or bush
blind in or upon said waters and shoot therefrom, he shall first
obtain a license so to do from the clerk of the circuit court for
Anne Arundel county, by the payment of two dollars for the
same, and a fee of fifty cents to said clerk for issuing the same;
provided, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to
prevent the owner of any blind properly licensed, from extend-
ing the privilege to any person to shoot from said blind upon the
days specified in the preceding section.

255. It shall not be lawful for any person to establish a
blind, after said blind has been licensed, at a point in said river
nearer to said blind than three hundred yards.
