28. It shall be the duty of all constables and bailiffs of the
county, to arrest all persons whom they may see or have know-
ledge of violating section 25, and take them before the nearest
justice of the peace, to be dealt with as directed in section 27.

29. The several justices of the peace for Queen Anne's county
are required to report on the first days of January and July in
each year, to the board of county school commissioners, the
amount of all fines or penalties imposed by them under the four
preceding sections, and to pay over to the treasurer of said school
hoard one-half of all money received by them arising from said
fines; and if any justice of the peace shall fail to so report and
pay over all money so received by Mm, he shall for such default
he reported by the county school commissioners to the governor
of the State, and shall be removed by him from office; and a
justice of the peace so removed shall be ineligible for any office
of profit or trust under the laws of this State, until full payment
shall have been made of all money so received by him.

30. It shall not be lawful for any person in Queen Anne's
county to shoot, kill or catch, or in any way entrap any part-
ridges or quail in said county between the twenty-fourth day of
December and the first day of November; nor any woodcock be-
tween the first day of February and the fourth day of July; nor
any rabbits between the twenty-fourth day of December and the
first day of November.

31. Any person violating any of the provisions of the preced-
ing section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on
conviction thereof before any justice of the peace for said county,
shall pay a fine of five dollars for each and every partridge, wood-
cock or rabbit shot or taken; one-half of said fine to be paid to
the informer, and the remainder as hereafter directed; and on
failure to pay said fine shall be lodged in the county jail for ten
days.
