117. He shall be entitled to the following fees: for giving
notice and making levy to enforce the payment of any tax bill,
the sum of two dollars and fifty cents; and in addition thereto,,
if property be sold, he shall receive as poundage fees four per
cent, on the gross amount of sales; but if the amount of the bill
be paid without sale, he shall only receive as poundage fees three
per cent, on the amount collected.

118. The crier of the circuit court shall receive eighty dollars
a year in lieu of all other compensation and fees.

120. The provisions of sections 241 to 245 of article 4 of the
public local laws, title " City of Baltimore," relating to " Cruelty
to Animals," shall apply to Prince George's county as fully as if
repeated in this article.

121. Every dog in Prince George's county, except one dog to
each and every family, and dogs under the age of six months
and such as are taxed by the incorporated towns within the
limits of the county, shall be liable to an annual tax of one dol-
lar for each and every male, and one dollar and a half for each
