1336 HARFORD COUNTY. [ART. 13.

1884, ch. 154.

134. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish with pound
nets in any part of the waters mentioned in section 132, distant
over two hundred and fifty yards from the shore line of said
water as marked by ordinary high water.

135. It shall be unlawful for any non-resident of this State to
fish, except with hook and line, in any of the waters mentioned
in section 132, unless such non-resident shall own real estate in
said county, or be a renter of lands bordering upon said waters.

136. Any person violating any of the provisions of the four
preceding sections shall forfeit the nets therein described, and all
appurtenances thereto belonging, together with the boats and
materials used in fishing the same; and shall also, for each of-
fence, upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of
said county, or upon indictment in the circuit court for said
county, pay a fine not less than twenty dollars nor more than
fifty dollars.

HAVRE DE CRACE.

1882, ch. 220.

137. The town of Havre de Grace is created a city by the
name of the city of Havre de Grace, and the inhabitants
thereof shall constitute a body politic and corporate, under the
name of "The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace," and
as such shall have succession, and by such name may sue and be
sued, may have and use a common seal, which may be altered at
pleasure, and may purchase and hold real, personal and mixed
property, and with the assent of a majority of the legal voters of
said city, first had and obtained at a general or special election,
held after twenty days' public notice, may dispose of any real
estate for the benefit of said city.

138. The limits of the city of Havre de Grace shall be as fol-
lows: Beginning for the same at the north end of Lycoming
