1302 HARFORD COUNTY. [ART. 13.

1. The county commissioners of Harford county shall perform,
the duties of trustees of the poor for said county.

Ibid. sec. 2.

2. They shall make all such good and wholesome ordinances,
rules and by-laws, for the direction, government and support
of the almshouse, and for the cleanliness, maintenance and
employment of all such persons as shall be committed thereto, as,
they may think proper.
