409. He shall report annually to the commissioners, daring
the first two days of their session, the general state of the town,,
with an accurate account of the money received and expended,
which report shall be published for the information of the
citizens.

410. All fines and forfeitures, under the ordinances of said
corporation, shall be recoverable before the burgess, in the name
of the burgess and commissioners of the Point of Bocks, as small
debts are, and he shall be entitled to the same fees as a justice of
the peace for similar services.

411. No fine or forfeiture under any ordinance of said corpo-
ration, shall exceed the sum of twenty dollars for any one offence,
and all fines and forfeitures imposed by ordinance shall be for
the use of said corporation.

412. The sheriff of Frederick county shall receive and safe
keep in the jail of said county, all persons committed to jail by
the burgess of said town or any justice of the peace, for a viola-
tion of any of the ordinances of said corporation, or for non-
payment of any fine or forfeiture, according to the tenor of said
commitment, until discharged in due course of law, or by pay-
ment of the fine, forfeiture and costs.

413. The said corporation shall not issue any note, token, scrip
or device, to be used as currency.

414. The Baltimore and Ohio railroad company is required to
keep stationed from six o'clock, A. M., until nine o'clock, P. M., on
each and every day, at the crossing of its said railroad over the
county road, in the village of Point of Bocks, and also at the
