or shooting any muskrats, otters or minks without the permission
of the owner of said lands or marshes, shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof in the circuit court for
said county, shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more
than twenty dollars, or be imprisoned in the county jail not ex-
ceeding thirty days, or until the payment of said fine and costs;
one-half of said fine to be paid to the county commissioners, for
the use of the public schools of the county, and the other half to
the informer.

191. The county commissioners, every two years, shall appoint
a non-partisan board of five discreet male persons, voters and
residents of the town of Cambridge, to act as jail supervisors; the
said jail supervisors shall serve without compensation, for the
term of two years, and until their successors shall have been
appointed and qualified; they shall have supervision and control
of the jail and adjoining grounds, with the right of visiting and
inspecting the same at any and all times, subject to the review
and ratification of the commissioners; they shall pass and enforce
all necessary rules for the protection of the health, cleanliness and
comfort of the inmates, and for the regulation of all matters con-
nected with the general management of said jail.

192. The county commissioners shall annually levy such sum.
of money as they shall deem sufficient to pay the expenses which
may be annually incurred by the attendance of jurors at the cir-
cuit court for Dorchester county.
