65. The following forms of acknowledgments shall be suffi-

cient.

Acknowledgment taken within this State.

State of Maryland, ———— county, to wit:

I hereby certify, that on this ———— day of ———, in the
year ————, before the subscriber, (here insert style of the officer
taking the acknowledgment,) personaily appeared (here insert the
name of the person making the acknowledgment,) and acknowl-
edged the foregoing deed to be his act.

Farm of Acknowledgment of Husband and Wife.
