BAILIFFS.
|

£6. Every bailiff attending the Circuit Courts in the counties in
this State shall be entitled to the sum of two dollars and fifty cents
for each day he shall attend the said courts; and upon the certificate
of the clerks of said courts, stating the number of days that the said
bailiffs have attended the said courts, the county commissioners of
the several counties shall levy, for the use of the said bailiffs, the
amounts that may be due them.

27. The justices of the peace of this State shall be entitled to
receive the fees allowed in the following table, and such fees shall
be taxed and paid by the party against whom judgment shall be
