1864, c. 74,. directs the clerk of the court of common pleas to keep a
general judgment index.

1805, c. 142, adds an additional sec. relating. to duty of clerk of court of
common picas in matter of licensed, which is repealed by 1866, c. 151; sec
last mentioned act under article 56, " Licenses. "
