1874, c. 386, repeals sec. 195, and re-enacts the same with
amendments.

1872, c. 237, provides for the collection of arrearages of state taxes, due
on the shares of capital stock of national banks and banking associations
located in this state, and doing business therein.

1874, c. 501, repeals 1872, c. 237, with the proviso, that said repeal shall
not affect or impair any right vested or acquired, or existing at the time
of said repeal, under said act; nor shall it impair, discharge or release any
contract, &c., now existing; but (hat all suits, &c., shall he proceeded with
to final determination, and judgment entered therein, as if said act had
not been repealed.
