tutions, provides for the payment to the treasurer of the sum of twenty
cents on every one hundred dollars of the issue of such banks or banking
institutions and further enacts in relation thereto, repealing till acts, or
parts of acts, inconsistent with the provisions of this act.

of taxable property to meet the interest, and to create a sinking fund for
the redemption of the bonds directed to be issued by this act.
