89. The crier of the circuit court for said county
shall be entitled to two dollars and fifty cents per day
for each day he may he employed as such.

102. Sub-Sec. 1. No person or persons shall in any
manner or way, except by hook and line, fish in the
waters of Israel's creek, in Washington county, from
the date of the passage of this act until the first day
of April, A. D., 1872.

Penalty.

Sub-Sec. 2. Any person or persons violating the pre-
ceding section shall pay a fine of five dollars for each
and every offence, to be recovered before a justice of
the peace of said county, one-half of which fine shall
be paid to the county commissioners for the use of the
public schools of said county, and the other half to the
informer.
