sonable security, which the purchaser or purchasers
may agree to give.

POINT LOOKOUT CEMETERY.

1870, c. 85 appropriates a sum of money for the purchase of a lot of ground in
which to inter the remains of the Confederate soldiers who died at Point Lookout in
Saint Mary's county, whilst prisoners of war, during the late civil strife, and for en-
closing and ornamenting the same.

ROADS.

1870, c. 139 repeals 1868, c. 452, providing a road system for Saint Mary's county
[Sup. 1868, p. 366. ]

ELECTIONS.

1870, c. 326 enacts: That for the greater convenience of voters, the county com-
missioners of Somerset county are hereby authorized to change the place of holding
the election in district number two, known as Dames Quarter district, to a more cen-
tral location.

Approved and in force April 4, 1870.

JURORS.

For 1870, c. 96, entitled an act to regulate the drawing and selection of jurors in
Somerset and Worcester counties, see public general law, Art. L., Juries, ante p. 77.

NOTARY.

By 1870, c. 76 the governor is authorized to appoint a notary public in Princess
Anne, in Somerset county.
