241. Any person or persons found trespassing upon
the lands or marshes of another in said county with the
intention of catching, trapping or shooting any musk-
rats, otters or minks without the permission 'of the
owner or owners of said lands or marshes, he, she or
they shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on
conviction thereof, in the circuit court for said county,

shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than
twenty dollars, or be imprisoned in the county jail
not exceeding thirty days, or until the payment of said
fine and costs; one-half of said fine to be paid to the
county commissioners of said county in which the mis-
demeanor may have been committed for the use of the
public schools of said county and the other half to the
informer.

242. No person or persons shall at any time here-
after either catch, trap or shoot, or in any manner
wound or kill any mocking bird or birds in Dorches-
ter county.

243. Any person or persons violating the preceding
section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on con-
viction thereof in the circuit court for said county, shall
be fined not less than ten dollars or more than twenty

costs, one-half of said fine to be paid to the county
