as follows:

Appointment of
overseer, &c

SEC. 10. They shall annually, between the first and
the tenth day of May, appoint an overseer of the
almshouse and other proper officers and servants for
carrying on the business of said corporation, and may
remove the same in their discretion and appoint others
in their stead.
